Pastor Jon Grimshaw
Pastor Jon Grimshaw and his wife Sandy have been married for over 35 years. They have three children, two in-law children, and ten beautiful grand babies.
Jon previously served as Pastor at Davison Community Church in Davison, Michigan. He also served as Associate Pastor, and Sandy served as Children’s Ministry Director, at Richfield Church of the Nazarene in Otisville, Michigan.
In addition to pastoral ministry, Jon & Sandy traveled extensively across Michigan singing Christian music in churches and auditoriums with their children.
Jon’s favorite pastimes include cars (and anything car-related), music, sketching, reading, and spending time with family.
Ministry Style & Methods
“My ministry style and methods have been shaped by the years I spent in the workplace - managing retail grocery stores and working in the insurance industry. My goal as a pastor is to teach and demonstrate Biblical principles in a way that provides both context and practical real-life application. I believe that the timeless truths of scripture are more than abstract ideas for scholars to dissect and discuss, and that faith is more than just a theory. Unless people are able to see a direct connection between something the Bible says and real life situations, they will not benefit from the incredible wisdom God has made available to each of us.” - Pastor Jon

Jan and her husband, Steven, have been serving Lakeview for over 15 years. They have a son named Max (22), a therapy dog in training named Gracie, and a cat named Schumi.

Jean and her husband have been married for 55 years. They have 2 children, Steven and Anita (Rich). They also have 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She enjoys entertaining and her dog named Flowers which is always by her side.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Cassie and her husband, Matt, have been married for 20 years. They have 2 boys, Simon age 19, and Harvey age 15. She is extremely active in many community organizations and loves spending time with her dog, Gadget.

Steven and his wife Jan have been married for 30 years. They have a son Max (22), a dog named Gracie and a cat named Schumi. They have been members of Lakeview for over 15 years.

Jesse and his wife Lisa have been members of Lakeview for 2 years. He has 4 children; Tom, Jessica, Emily, and Jeremy. He has 2 grandchildren, Lilly and Sawyer, and 1 grand nephew, Colton. he also has a dog named Frank.
